What is the DO-IT Programme?

The Developing Opportunities for International Talent (DO-IT) Programme is a programme of FREE online English Language Training PLUS support and coaching sessions delivered by NEU Professionals, all designed to prepare you for the UK recruitment process and fit around your busy schedule!

How much does it cost?

It’s FREE! The program is sponsored by NEU Professionals Limited. There is no financial risk and lots of potential rewards!

Who is eligible for the DO-IT?

The DO-IT programme is open to all registered medical or healthcare professionals who may need some additional support when preparing to take the UK English Language exams. Eligible candidates may or may not have already taken the TOEFL, IELTS or OET exam and their scores were not sufficient for regulatory council requirements.

We aim to offer NHS interviews to all strong candidates who have taken part in the programme.

What is included in the DO-IT?

The DO-IT program includes a series of Webinars hosted by NEU Professionals to help introduce potential candidates to the recruitment process. Beginning 11th December 2023, our team of Language Support Specialists will provide four weeks of webinars to help prepare candidates for their English exams.

During this time, you will also be put in touch with our team of dedicated recruitment consultants who will help prepare you for your NHS interview!

You must complete an EnglishScore test in order to participate

If you have never taken an English language exam (IELTS / OET / TOEFL), then as part of the registration process to participate in the DO-IT Programme, you must complete an approximately 30 minute test using the British Council’s EnglishScore mobile app. You can download the app on either Android or Apple mobile devices by visiting www.englishscore.com Once the test is completed, please take a screenshot and you will be asked to submit a screenshot of your score (A2, B1, B2 or C1) as part of the registration form.
