NEU Professionals is returning to Africa in mid-January 2023, and in preparation we will be hosting several webinars to introduce candidates to our award-nominated recruitment services. This third webinar in the series will focus on preparing candidates to integrate into UK. culture and give them a glimpse of what it will be like to work at North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT). Candidates who are considering working in the UK for the NHS will benefit from this webinar, as we discuss modern-day UK culture, battle common stereotypes, and discuss clinical communication skills and expectations within the NHS.

When relocating to any new country,  every person will go through cultural adaptation. There will be emotional highs and lows and we will show you how to  recognise where one is in the adaptation curve and how NEU Professionals will be there to provide pastoral care and support to candidates. We will also learn about Duty of Candour and the need to be assertive and confident within the NHS in order to provide the best Care of Patients.
