From the start, NEU Professionals was conceived to put the candidate at the heart of its recruitment process. Leaving home for a new life abroad can seem like a daunting prospect, so we have always believed that our nurses, midwives and other healthcare professionals should receive the same level of care and compassion through their international recruitment journey as they provide to their patients in professional life.

With this ethos of compassion running through everything our company does, we have grown since our foundation in 2013 to become one of the UK’s most respected and successful agencies in the recruitment field.

Our services

Our services are COMPLETELY FREE FOR OUR CANDIDATES AT ALL TIMES and we are bound by a regulatory code of ethics that ensures the wellbeing of our candidates.

Throughout the entire process of international recruitment pastoral care is paramount, and our candidates will be assigned a single, named dedicated point of contact who will support them in any way necessary. NEU candidates are supported every step of the way and get to know our staff on a one-to-one basis, building relationships that last for the long-term and well into their new lives. A significant number of our staff are nurses themselves, and are able to offer a unique insight into the NHS and its processes.

Whilst we excel at delivering candidates from across the nursing spectrum, we are the undisputed market leaders in recruiting hard to attract specialties – Mental Health, Community, PICU, NICU, Midwives, AHPs, Pharmacists and more. Following ground-breaking pilot programmes in 2021 NEU has led the UK in creating English-language training pathways to nursing and midwifery roles which have been incredibly hard to fill.
