NEU Professionals Candidates

NELFT Offers:
  • Salary: Consultants: £105,504 – £139,882 per annum / Speciality Doctors: £59,175 – £95,400 per annum pro rota (Agenda for Change NHS salary, i.e. depending on years of experience),
  • English language exam fee (if applicable),
  • Certificate of Sponsorship and Immigration Skills Charge (not IHS) (£3,199),
  • Skilled Worker Visa fee for the candidate only,
  • 2 months of free accommodation / £1200 accommodation costs refunded if own accommodation,
  • Inbound flight to the UK of max. value of £800 (costs over and above this amount to be met by the candidate),

Requirements:

Specialist Doctors:

  • Full GMC Registration with a license to practice, or eligible to register,
  • 6-12 months NHS experience preferred,
  • Section 12 certification, or a commitment to work towards this,
  • Mastery in the management of a broad range of mental disorders,
  • At least 4 years of full-time postgraduate training (or its equivalent gained on a part-time basis) of which at least 2 years will be in a specialty training programme in a relevant specialty or as a fixed term specialty trainee or shall have equivalent experience and competencies.

Consultants:

  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice, or eligible to register,
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) or equivalent,
  • Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it,
  • Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it,
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST (Completion of Specialist Training)
  • Proof of English level in accordance with GMC requirements (if applicable). More information about this can be found here
