Website CareBase (CareBase)

Min 1 Year UK Experience

Carebase: your first choice for exceptional nursing, residential and dementia care

With care and nursing homes across South East England and East Anglia, Carebase provide exceptional residential, nursing, respite and dementia care for older people. Their homes combine state-of-the-art facilities, elegant homely décor and, most importantly, a highly-trained team of people dedicated to caring. The company is rated Good with CQC and also rated Outstanding in all 6 areas of the Headway accreditation.

Carebase carefully recruit the right people from the start. Their approach is ‘hire for attitude, train for skills’. They look for individuals with a natural empathy in caring for others and will provide their Carebase people with all the training they need.

The most profound and meaningful care comes from being interested in others. From there everything else flows naturally.

We are all different, whatever our ages. We all have different expectations, likes and dislikes as well as different personal needs with regards personal wellbeing. We are interested in the whole person. That is why we ensure our carers have the expertise to care well whilst genuinely having a heart for it.

So Carebase don’t stop at being interested in what care a resident needs, they really get to know that person and arrange their efforts around those things that will make that person contented with life.

This isn’t just about ‘achieving excellence’, for them it is a calling to do more and be more for their residents – because, in their view, that’s what they deserve.
