This one-on-one approach allows our candidates to build lasting relationships with our staff, easing their transition and fostering a smooth integration into their new lives.

While we excel at placing candidates across the nursing spectrum, we are the undisputed market leaders in recruiting for challenging specialties such as Mental Health, Community, PICU, NICU, Midwifery, AHPs, Pharmacists, and more. Following pioneering pilot programmes in 2021, NEU Professionals has led the UK in developing English-language training pathways for nursing and midwifery roles that have been difficult to fill.

Our pioneering approaches to the international recruitment field have led us to be able to offer opportunities to employers which cannot be emulated by others in the sector. Working with in-country stakeholders such as Nursing Unions, Nursing Associations and Universities we have developed a network of highly motivated and engaged bodies actively looking to send nurses to the UK solely via NEU Professionals as a trusted partner.

In 2019 we met with representatives of three Auckland Health Boards (Waitemata District, Auckland District and Counties Manukau District) and the New Zealand Health Partnerships (national procurement governing body). As a result, we are now offering our services to support the NZ Health Boards in recruiting nurses and midwives to 10 different Districts across both the North and South Islands.
