Location and lifestyle

The Taranaki region is well known for being a truly wonderful paradise for those who love the outdoors. If you are an eager hiker, this area will certainly not dissapoint.

Located in the west coast of the North Island, between Auckland and Wellington, the Taranaki region is crowned by Mount Taranaki, New Zealand’s very own Mount Fuji lookalike. It was also voted as the second best location in the world to visit by the ‘Lonely Planet’ travel guide in 2017.

Taranaki is a great family friendly area, with plenty of parks  such as Pukekura Park and fantastic playgrounds.
